Do you provide extended hours of appointments? We try to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules with evening and Sunday appointments.

How are dental fees determined?

We provide affordable treatment and we are very sensitive to our patients’ ability to pay. Our fees never exceed the recommended fees in the Ontario Dental Association’s Suggested Fee Guide. In fact, our fees are usually much lower. We are always ready to discuss our fee schedule with you. Flexible payment plans to meet your needs are available. We accept payment by cheque, Visa, Mastercard and Interac.

Do you provide alternatives to dental amalgam fillings?

We provide ceramic, porcelain, plastic composite resin and gold fillings, inlays and crowns. Together with you we will choose which restorative material is the most appropriate for your situation.

What happens if I need to change an appointment?

We appreciate the courtesy of at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change the time that has been reserved exclusively for you.

Do you provide a full range of dental services?

We provide complete and comprehensive dental care. You will find a variety of dental services available in one place: Cosmetic veneers and bonding to fill gaps or chips in your smile. Full and partial removable dentures. Newer techniques such as dental implants.

Dr. John Virtue is a general dentist who provides a wide range of expertise in cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, implant therapy, oral surgery, and other dental therapies.

Dr. David Zins is a general dentist with a special interest in root canal treatment.

Albert Esses, DD, is a denture therapist who provides full and partial denture services.

What about sterilization?

We adhere to infection control procedures known as universal precautions for your protection. All instruments, drills, and other equipment are either completely sterilized or are discarded between patients. Your health is our primary concern. We are proud of our infection control protocols and we are pleased to discuss these procedures with you.

We gladly welcome new patients. We appreciate the expression of confidence our patients show in referring family and friends to our office.
